Stateside pairs you with a vetted, US-based virtual assistant who works your hours, answers in plain English, and takes the admin that keeps eating your week. You run the business. Somebody else runs the busywork.
These are the jobs a Stateside assistant takes over in the first 30 days. If it's repeatable and it doesn't need your license or your signature, it's theirs now.
Your assistant is online during your business hours, not asleep during your rush. A customer question at 2pm gets answered at 2:04, not tomorrow.
Stateside assistants call your customers, your vendors, and your suppliers. No scripts, no delays, no awkward handoffs when a conversation goes off-road.
Every assistant is interviewed, skill-tested, and reference-checked by us before they ever see a client. You get a match, not a listing.
US contractors, W-9s on file, NDAs signed, and your data stays inside US jurisdiction. Your attorney will be almost disappointed.
Vacation, illness, life: when your assistant is out, a second Stateside assistant who is already briefed on your account picks it up. The work does not stop because one person did.
A 30-minute call. We map the admin you're doing that you shouldn't be, and pick the tier that fits.
30 minutesWithin a week we introduce your assistant: vetted, briefed on your business, and in your time zone.
within 7 daysWeek one is a guided handoff. By week four your assistant runs the list and you review a Friday summary. That's it.
week oneEvery tier gets a dedicated US-based assistant, a briefed backup, and month-to-month billing. Scale up, scale down, or walk away with 30 days notice.

For the owner doing $1M+ who's still answering every email personally.
30 hours a month
For the owner ready to get the whole back office off their desk.
60 hours a month
Same admin work, three ways to buy it.
Full-time: $52,000 average US admin assistant salary (Glassdoor / Salary.com, 2026) grossed up for the 30.1% benefits share of employer cost (BLS Employer Costs for Employee Compensation, March 2026). Part-time: 20 hrs/week at $22/hr plus payroll taxes, estimated.
Week one is a guided handoff, and we run it so you are not the one building the training plan. Most owners see real time back inside two weeks, and by week four your assistant is running the list without being asked. If you are worried you have no time to train someone, that is exactly the part we do for you.
Extra hours bill at $50 an hour, and your assistant is paid their full rate for every one of them. If you are running over regularly we will move you up a tier instead, which works out cheaper per hour. Either way we flag it as it is happening, so you never get a surprise invoice.
Hours reset each month, which keeps billing simple and predictable. If you are consistently coming in under, we will move you down a tier rather than let you keep overpaying.
Every hour is tracked against your plan, and you get a written summary each Friday: what got done, what is in flight, what needs you. No timesheet archaeology, no wondering where the month went.
Anything that needs your license, your signature or your physical presence. Light bookkeeping, not your tax return. They draft in your voice, but we will not have one pretend to be you.
We are also not on call 24/7, and that is on purpose. Your assistant works your business hours and spends them on what actually matters to you, which means prioritizing hard instead of reacting to everything the second it lands. If what you really need is a 24-hour answering service, a bookkeeper or a receptionist, we will tell you that rather than sell you a plan.
Yes, every one. US residents, US contractors, working your business hours. That is the whole point of the name.
One dedicated assistant who learns your business. A second Stateside assistant is briefed on your account as backup for when your primary is out. Never a rotating pool, never a ticket queue.
Assistants work through a shared password manager and scoped access, never raw credentials in a spreadsheet. NDAs are signed before day one, and access is revoked the day an engagement ends.
Tell us in the first 30 days and we re-match you with a different assistant, free.
There is a short services agreement so everyone knows the terms, but no term commitment. Month to month, cancel with 30 days notice.
Tell us what's eating your week and we'll tell you honestly whether a tier fits. No pitch deck, no pressure, no sequence to unsubscribe from. If we're not the answer, we'll say so.
Rather talk it through? Book a 30-minute call instead.
We read every one of these and reply ourselves, usually same day.
